Can I upgrade my day ticket to a seasonal pass?

All Annual pass types can benefit from our upgrade offer and you can upgrade your day ticket by following the steps below.

Register for an online account if you don't already have one. Please note that you will need to register with the same email address that you made the original booking for your day tickets.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Once logged in, you will be given an option to to upgrade your day tickets to the annual pass of your choice.

4. The cost of your day tickets will be deducted from the cost of the pass chosen.

Terms and Conditions for Annual pass upgrade offer

Upgrade to an annual pass within 7 days of your visit, and the cost of your day ticket will be deducted from the price.

This offer is available online for general admission tickets, concession tickets and afternoon savers. For upgrades to Toddler, Family and Play&Eat tickets please contact our contact centre.

This offer is only available to new annual pass holders paying in full. It does not apply to direct debit annual passes.
