Tickets are non-refundable, but we can amend the date of your visit if you are ill.

For the safety of our younger little ones, guests aged 13 to 17 years old, are NOT allowed on the play equipment.

If you are purchasing a disabled ticket with a free accompanying carer, you may be asked for proof of disability when you arrive.

A £1 booking fee will be added to your transaction.
