Each visit includes a 2-hour play session, so you can enjoy your time without rushing to arrive at a certain time

What this now means:

 Ultimate flexibility, giving families the freedom to arrive when it suits them and make the most of their 2-hour play session. Whether you're popping in after a nap or planning on meeting your friends, your time with us is built around your routine—not the other way round.

Why have we changed?

We’ve listened to our community! We know that the modern family needs less "clock-watching" and more "go-with-the-flow." By removing fixed slots, we’re putting you back in charge of your day. Whether you're running early or had a "toddler-related delay," your session will be waiting for you.

Please note: The ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 4 children. 

Top Tip:

We’ll still be keeping a close eye on capacity to make sure every visit stays safe, comfortable, and full of fun.

Our peak "rush hour" is typically between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. To avoid a wait and jump straight into the fun, we strongly advise arriving outside of these hours.

Please Note: Your ticket guarantees entry for a two-hour session on your chosen day, but it does not guarantee instant access if we are at our safe capacity.

Adults must be 18+. For the safety of our younger little ones, guests aged 13 - 17 years old are not allowed on the play equipment.

Tickets are non-refundable, but we can amend the date of your visit if you are ill.

If you are purchasing a disabled ticket with a free accompanying carer, you may be asked for proof of disability when you arrive.
