Can I add extra time to a private hire booking?

A standard private hire lasts 2 hours, from 7pm to 9pm.

Private hires takes place Monday to Friday during term time only.

The base price for a 2‑hour exclusive hire is from £650.

You get exclusive use of Kidspace Romford venue for your booked time. 

Café/bar open for light refreshments, drinks, and snacks.

Go-karts/Oceanarium available for 1 hour included in hire price.

A qualified first aider will be present on-site for the duration of the hire.

The maximum capacity at Kidspace Romford is: 300 this is children and Adults combined

Please note that you need at least 1 adult (18 and over) to every 4 children to stay.

Age categories are determined as below: 

Children (0-12 years) 

Juniors* (13-17 years) 

 Adults (18+ years)  

*Juniors are NOT permitted to use the play frame, the Climbing Wall, Sky Trail and Go Karts at any time and are not classed as a supervising adult.

You are not permitted to bring your own food and drink into Kidspace Romford. We offer a variety of food options that can be pre‑ordered for your private hire.

To check availability and secure your date, please email our team directly  at romfordinfo@kidspaceadventures.com with the following information;

• A brief description of your event
• Preferred date(s)
• Estimated number of attendees
• Any specific requirements

The cafe/bar will be open for 1.5 hours during your private hire, offering snacks and a selection of refreshments. Please note that the kitchen will be closed and we recommend pre‑ordering any food in advance.

All food orders must be placed no later than 5 days before your private hire date.

We offer a range of add‑on food packages, including child's food, sharing platters, snacks, and cakes.

Yes, we can provide vegetarian, vegan and Halal options.

Please let us know about any allergens at least 5 days before your private hire.

Yes you can add on the pizza feast that includes:  margherita pizza and a tub of vanilla ice cream each.

The Climbing Wall isn’t included in the standard private hire package, but you can add a 1‑hour climbing session as an optional extra.

Height Restriction: Guests must be at least 1.1m tall to use the climbing wall.

When you’re ready to book, just speak with a member of the team and they’ll confirm availability and final cost for you.

The Sky Trail  isn’t included in the standard private hire package, but you can add a 1‑hour Sky Trail session as an optional extra.

Height Restriction: Guests must be at least 1.2m tall to use the Sky Trail.
