All children taking part in the party would need to be included in the final party numbers. You can increase your numbers up to the maximum number for the party type booked with final guest numbers being confirmed no later than 5 days prior to the party date. Any adults or siblings that are not included within the party are welcome to come however they will require their own admission tickets which must be purchased in advance of the Party date via our website. They will not be included in the party activity or catered for during the birthday feast but they will be able to enjoy Kidspace.

You can create and manage your guest list online when you set up your party account. This allows you to easily send digital invitations and keep track of RSVPs. Should you be unable to add your guest list, please send an email with your party reference, with the childrens name along with allegies to romfordinfo@kidspaceadventures.com.

You can pre order the unlimited tea and coffee* This is a great option to keep the adults refreshed while the children enjoy their party activities!

We allow 10 adults to come in free with all our party types.
You are welcome to bring extra siblings or adults on top of this, but they will require their own admission ticket. They will not be included in the party activity or feast, but will be able to enjoy the rest of Kidspace in the meantime.

Food is not permitted to be brought into the party areas for allergy reasons. Please refrain from bringing any additional food into Kidspace.

Once a party is booked it is non refundable but should you need to reschedule the party we would be more than happy to do that for you.If you don't have a date in mind then we can postpone this for you. Please note rescheduling the party does occur an admin fee. Please visit our website to view our cancellation policy.

Yes, you will need to include the party child in your booking numbers.

Please bring along your own wax candles, please note that sparklers/fountain candles are not permitted at Kidspace as they can set off the fire alarm system.

You are welcome to bring extra siblings or adults. Any additional adults are charged at a discounted price of £2.50 each. We also offer a Play Only party sibling price of £10.00 each which does not include food.

When picking up your child, please head to our reception area and inform a staff member that you're picking up your child from a party. They will then guide you to the correct location.

Your party lasts for 2 hours.

If you are having a birthday party, we aim to accommodate guest allergies. Recommended age 4 and over for Go Kart parties. Parties are for children aged 12 and under only.

Laser Parties are suitable for children aged 6 - 12 Years

The Teddy Bear Workshop Party is suitable for children 3 years and over. Parties are for children aged 12 and under only.

Kidspace offers a range of birthday party extras that can be added to your booking to make the celebration even more special. All extras should be pre‑ordered at least 5 days in advance.

At Kidspace, once your party finishes it's important for the you to ensure that all children are picked up by their adults. The party host should communicate with parents or guardians about the pick-up time and location.

Kidspace offers digital invitations for your parties, which can be created once you set up your party account and complete your guest list. This makes it easy to send out invites via text message and manage your guest list online.
You will also find an printable invite attached to your party confirmation.

All Kidspace parties last for 2 hours.

Helping customers celebrate their special occasion safely is something we are passionate about at Kidspace. This means protecting people who may have allergies or intolerances.
The introduction of Natasha’s Law (The UK Food Information Amendment) came into force on 01/10/21. This means any birthday cakes, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into our venues by the party organiser must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers will have to supply the allergens information.
Unfortunately homemade cakes will no longer be allowed to be brought into birthday parties.
It is your responsibility as organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action.

Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).

On arrival you can hand your cake and candles over to the party team and they will place it in our party prep area until the cake is needed. We do not allow any homemade cakes into the site.

The server will help with setting up the party area, serving food and attending to the needs of the guests during the event. They play a crucial role in making sure that both the children and adults have an enjoyable experience.

Our Teddy Bear party includes: On arrival, each child party guest can choose from: fish fingers, chicken bites* or falafel. Served with fries and peas & sweetcorn, with a delicious ice cream treat for dessert.

Kidspace parties do not include party bags, however we do offer a range of party extras that can be added to your party package. Including a Kidspace themed party gifts for £3.50 each.
These includes a reusable water bottle, balloon, silly straw, note book, keychain and glossy magnetic photo frame in a glossy gift bag.

Margherita Pizza (VEGETARIAN)
A delicious classic tomato pizza topped with melted cheese. Gluten/soya free pizza bases are available upon request, as well as a dairy-free alternative to the cheese topping. We will usually serve 1 pizza for every 3 children, but this may vary depending on the age of the party children.
Tortilla Chips & Dips (VEGAN)
Crunchy toasted tortilla chips.
Fruit and Vegetable Platter (VEGAN)
An assortment of fresh fruit and vegetable pieces, with houmous for dipping.
You will get three of the following: grapes, cucumber, orange, raisins, carrots, pineapple.
Popcorn (VEGAN)
A party favourite - delicious crunchy popcorn!
Followed by an Ice Cream for dessert Further dietary and allergen information is listed on the party host waiver, as well as available upon request. Please note that occasionally we may have to alter the party menu depending on availability of ingredients.

For parties, We recommend children wear long sleeved tops that can tuck in, long trousers and socks.
No shoes to be worn in the soft play area – socks must be worn. For the Go Karts, Climbing Wall and Sky Trail shoes must be enclosed (No opened toed shoes, crocs or slip on shoes) Trainers are ideal

We will usually serve 1 pizza for every 3 children, but this may vary depending on the age of the party children.

For parties at Kidspace, you should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the scheduled time of your party. It's important to arrive just before your designated start time to ensure everything is ready for your celebration. Early arrival is not permitted unless stated at the time of making the party booking, as the timing is reflected in the price of the party package.

Please head to reception when you arrive at Kidspace and inform a member of staff that you’re here for a party.
