Yes, if you have purchased an anytime admission tickets you can arrive anytime from when we open and leave anytime up until our closing time. Please view our opening/closing times on our website here.
Unfortunately, there are no options to buy socks on-site at Kidspace Romford. If you need socks, it's best to bring your own or purchase them before your visit.
We don't offer Work Experience at Kidspace Romford.
Yes, it is advisable to pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment, as Kidspace Romford can get quite busy during Peak periods. While you can buy tickets on the day, pre-booking ensures you have your spot secured.
Kidspace Romford does not accept cash payments on-site. All transactions must be made using card payments excluding AMEX. It's a good idea to ensure you have a card ready for any purchases, whether for food, drinks, or souvenirs.
Yes we do accept the national carers card. Please purchase the Disabled & carer ticket. Other forms of proof could be any of the following: Evidence of DLA/PIP payments, Access Card, a National Disability Card or Carers Card, or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.

Kidspace Romford has qualified first aiders on-site to assist with any medical needs. There are first aid boxes located around the site for easy access. If you require first aid assistance during your visit, please approach a member of the team, and they will be happy to help you.
There are no discounts on day tickets for childminders; however, we offer a range of admission tickets and annual passes that provide excellent value for money.
Unfortunately, Kidspace Romford does not offer discounts for individuals claiming benefits such as Universal Credit or ESA.

The ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 4 children. This ratio includes 13-17 year olds who are not permitted on the equipment and are not classed as supervising adults.
This is included in the admission price. The Sky Trail is only open on select dates & times.
Grown-ups are never too old to play! Kidspace Romford primarily caters to children aged 1 to 12 years old. It's important to note that children must be supervised at all times while visiting.

If you have booked the wrong Kidspace site and it is just a General Admission ticket, both sites can honour the tickets please show your booking confirmation on arrival.
Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed prior to the date of your visit. If you cannot make your original choice, Create an account, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes.
Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee.
If you are an annual pass holder please login into your account online to cancel your booking.

We understand that things can go wrong from time to time and do our very best to resolve matters fully on the day. Please speak to a duty manager on site. If we were unable to resolve this on the day, please email us with your complaint to romfordinfo@kidspaceadventures.com FAO The Manager, within 12 weeks of your visit. Our management team will review your complaint and will be in touch within 7 days to resolve this for you.
If you have purchased Time Slot admission tickets, these are for a maximum stay of 2 hours from the start time of the allocated arrival you've booked for. If you have purchased Anytime admission tickets you can arrive anytime from when we open and leave anytime up until our closing time.
The child/children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times. If they leave our premises this negates their responsibility. If the parent/guardian wants to leave our premises they will have to take all of their children and belongings with them.
No we don't have air conditioning; however the temperature is modified by a central fan system.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to persons, vehicles or belongings whilst on site. Please remain vigilant with personal belongings at all times. If you do loose any belongings then please contact us.
Kidspace has limited capacity each day and we keep the number of guests to a level that we can manage and we feel gives the best experience to our guests. If the tickets are fully booked for your desired date, we recommend checking for alternative dates or times that may have availability. You can also keep an eye on the website for any updates or cancellations.
If you are running late for your general admission time slot you will still be granted admission however if you have time slot admission tickets booked, you will lose time out of your 2 hour time slot.

The opening hours of the Oceanarium vary per day. On arrival please book your Oceanarium 10-minute session at the front desk.
The tickets for the Oceanarium are on a first come first serve basis.
We will host certain events throughout the year which will have charged entry - annual pass holders will receive a discount on entry for these events.

The Oceanarium is a fantastical undersea journey in this virtual aquarium, which uses built-in sensors and touch screens to create a jaw-dropping experience that will have kids of all ages mesmerised!
The Sky Trail is an off ground activity high ropes. Minimum height requirement 1.2 metres. Only open on select dates & times.
We have facilities designed for 0 to 12 year olds. The under 5s have their own separate area. 13-17 year olds are not permitted on the play equipment and cannot attend as supervisors of children. Only an adult aged 18+ can accompany and supervise a child in the Centre.
Please inform your children on arrival that all team members have Kidspace T-shirts on and name badges, so that if they lose their grown up, they know who to speak to for help. In the event of your lost child, please find the nearest member of the team and we will assist you to locate them.
We allow admission up to the final hour before we close.
The Sky Trail is only open on select dates and times and is subject to availability.
The climbing zone is open at select times each day.
To get the most out of your visit why not make it an early start or a teatime visit? 11am until 3.30pm are our busiest times.
The Toddler Zone is suitable for ages 4 and under, our Toddler Zone is a tot's paradise where they can climb, explore, role play and more. Our Soft Play zone a section designed specifically for smaller kids who want as much fun as the big kids!
Kidspace Romford was created by Nick de Candole and Richard Farley, founders of the Escapade Group; known for designing and developing unique and engaging experiences for families and children. They aim to provide a magical environment filled with adventure, exploration, and fun.
We have to adhere to requirements imposed upon us from child services, the local EHO and our Public Liability insurers. An adult is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and the child/children remain their responsibility at all times whilst in Kidspace. This is for the safety and security of the children.
Like many other firms in our industry we must contend with rising costs which include our booking transaction costs too. We cannot continue absorbing these fees and so we have a £2.50 booking fee per transaction which will help recoup some of the fees we are charged.
