FAQ's
We aim to make every visit to Kidspace Croydon as enjoyable and inclusive as possible.
As an indoor soft play and activity centre, our environment is designed with families and children of all abilities in mind.
While we always do our best to accommodate everyone, some play structures and activities may present challenges depending on individual needs.

Kidspace Croydon is generally accessible for wheelchair users and parents with pushchairs, with step-free access to main areas. Please note that some play equipment is multi-level and may not be suitable for all visitors. Our team are always happy to discuss any specific requirements ahead of your visit.
Wheelchair users and guests with pushchairs can enjoy many areas of Kidspace Croydon, including seating areas, café facilities, party rooms and selected play zones.
Assistance Dogs are welcome on site to support guests who require them.

Access Card Scheme
At Kidspace Croydon, we are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all visitors. We support the Nimbus Access Card, a nationally recognised system that helps communicate accessibility needs across thousands of venues in the UK and Europe.
Essential Companion Tickets
Visitors who hold a Nimbus Access Card with a +1 or +2 symbol can receive free Essential Companion tickets for one or two companions, depending on the symbol. The cardholder and their companion(s) must enter together, and the Access Card photo ID will be checked at Reception.
Essential Companion tickets must be booked online through our website, which links with Nimbus Disability’s portal to ensure ID checks and that we are aware of your access requirements in advance.
Role of an Essential Companion
An Essential Companion provides the necessary support during your visit, including assistance in the unlikely event of an emergency. Kidspace Croydon staff cannot provide one-to-one support beyond reasonable adjustments, so your companion should be ready and able to help you throughout your visit.
