Kidspace Romford is delighted to announce its new Charity of the Year – The National Autistic Society.
The society is the leading UK charity for autistic people, including those with Asperger syndrome, and their families. It provides information, support and pioneering services, and campaigns for a better world for autistic people.
Kidspace Manager Keeley Roper said: “We are delighted to support The National Autistic Society. The fundraising events and collections that companies like Kidspace do will all add up and make a big impact for this charity.”
The first charity event Kidspace will be hosting is a Family Fun Day on Saturday July 22nd when the centre will be hosting games and competitions, face painting, a visit from its mascot Kobi and various stallholders. Normal admission rates apply.
Kidspace previous Charity of the Year was the children’s ward at Queen’s Hospital in Romford, and prior to that The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
