I have received a parking fine — what can I do?

Every person visiting Kidspace Croydon must have their own individual Annual Pass. Even under‑1s must be registered (with date of birth), though their pass may be pro‑rated. Pass holders must upload a photo to be able to book tickets.

If you are an Annual Pass holder, you can cancel or reschedule your booking by logging in to your online account.

No — passes are non‑transferable. Everyone visiting must have their own individual pass.

Yes, when upgrading a day ticket to an Annual (or Seasonal) Pass via the upgrade offer (within 7 days of visit), the cost of the child’s day ticket is deducted from the pass price. 

• For an Annual Pass: it is valid year‑round except during February half term and October half term. 

• For a Seasonal Pass: valid Monday to Friday during term time. Seasonal Pass comes with 3 “Peak Passes” which allow entry any time (but not during Feb or Oct half term).

Pass holders receive:

1. Two free adults per pass.

2. 10% discount on food and drink from the restaurant.

3. 15% discount on parties (on cost per child; party extras excluded).

4. No direct‑debit admin fees.
