Annual Passes Croydon
You cannot use a Kidspace Romford specific annual pass at Kidspace Croydon. However we now offer a new multi-attraction annual pass. Find out more about the new Escapade membership here.
We have a range of different Annual pass types to suit most people's circumstances. Our passes can also be paid monthly by direct debit.
Disabled visitors pay the full entry rate, and are required to purchase an adult or child Annual Pass. Two free named adults can be added per membership.
Yes — pass holders with a valid pass on the day of their party booking get a 15% discount off the cost per child. Extras added to the party are not eligible for discount.
No — there is no specific annual pass for childminders. You would need to purchase an individual Annual Pass for each child under your care.

Register (or log in) to your online account using the same email you used for the original booking.
Choose the upgrade option, the cost of the child’s day ticket will be deducted from the price of the pass.
This offer applies only when paying in full (not direct debit), and must be redeemed within 7 days of the visit. Free under‑1s cannot be included.
Log in to your account on the Kidspace Croydon website using your unique customer number (from your Annual Pass purchase email). Select the pass‑holder(s) visiting (they’ll turn green) then click 'Book Now'. You can also add paying guests on the same page.
First check that you’re using the correct email and password. If that doesn’t work, try resetting your password or clearing browser cache / using a different browser. If you’re still unable to log in, contact Kidspace Croydon (croydoninfo@kidspaceadventures.com or 0203 885 6672) with the full names and dates of birth of the children on your pass.

For an Annual Pass: it is valid year‑round except during February half term and October half term.

For a Seasonal Pass: valid Monday to Friday during term time. Seasonal Pass comes with 3 “Peak Passes” which allow entry any time (but not during Feb or Oct half term).
Pass holders receive:

Two free adults per pass.

10% discount on food and drink from the restaurant.

15% discount on parties (on cost per child; party extras excluded).

No direct‑debit admin fees.

If paid in full: valid for 12 full calendar months from date of purchase.

If on monthly direct debit: there’s an initial 12‑month term; after that, the pass continues until the holder cancels. A calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel
