Where can I find my lost property?

If you lost something while visiting us, please email our team at croydoninfo@kidspaceadventures.com

With the following details: Date/time you visited along with a Clear description of item lost.

If we find your lost property, we aim to contact guests direct within 48 hours of receiving the email.

Please be advised that due to the high number of enquiries, we can only contact guests if we have located the missing item.

We ask that the item is collected by guest from site within 7 days of being contacted.
