I have received a Parking fine

The Car Park is operated by The Colonnades. Please note; parking at the Colonnades is now limited to 90 minutes. To stay longer (until 11:59pm same day), please register your car on the tablet located at the reception desk. We do make this information as clear as possible to our guests on our website and booking confirmation emails.

We are unable to remove or appeal fines as the parking is out of our control. The best advice we can give is if you do receive a fine to appeal this as per the instructions on the PCN.
