We offer a time slot ticket discount for groups! If you are booking time slot tickets for 10 or more paying guests, you can receive a delightful 10% off. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Tickets do not require an account to purchase. You can buy them directly through the website or at the entrance. However, if you are looking to upgrade from a day ticket to one of our Annual passes or manage your bookings, you will need to create an account. You can register for an online account on our website. Please note that you will need to register with the same email address that you made the original booking for your day tickets.
General admission tickets can be more expensive if purchased on the day of your visit. To avoid disappointment and potentially higher prices, it's advisable to pre-book your tickets online. This way, you can secure your entry at the standard rate.
Day Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed so long as your original visit date has not yet passed. To change your visit date, Create an account on our website, using the email address you purchased the original ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes.
Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10.
If you are an annual pass holder please login into your account and you can cancel your booking online.
As an annual pass holder all your visits to Kidspace Croydon need to be pre-booked, To pre-book tickets you will need to have set up an account through our website. Click the login button and follow the instructions for setting up a new account. You will need your unique customer number to be able to do this. This number will be on the email correspondence confirming the purchase of your Annual pass. Once you have logged in highlight the names of the pass holder that you would like to visit and when the names turn green click "book now". Annual pass holders can also add paying guests on this page.

Our peak days at Kidspace Croydon are Fridays, weekend days, bank holidays and school holiday dates.
Off peak days are set in line with the school term dates, Monday to Thursday with the exception of bank holidays.
Peak days have a higher price per ticket than off peak days. Please visit our booking calendar to find your price on the day that you wish to visit.
If your booking is for today please speak to an agent on 0203 885 6672. If your booking is for tomorrow onwards please email Croydoninfo@kidspaceadventures.com with the following details : lead bookers name, email address and date you are due to visit.
If you have purchased a Kidspace Croydon or Escapade gift voucher directly from Kidspace Croydon this gift voucher can be used as part or full payment at the time of checked out. At the time of check out please copy and paste the whole voucher code in to the gift voucher box.

We price our facility, as do most businesses, on return for investment. As an indoor adventure park, our investment is significantly greater than your traditional old style play centre with ball pits and simple play frame. We therefore price our facility accordingly and give parents the opportunity to join in and participate in all of the activities with their children, to allow them to spend quality time together. We have also put considerable investment into the surroundings to give parents plenty of seating and leisure facilities in a relaxed and pleasant environment.
Like many other firms in our industry we must contend with rising costs which include our booking transaction costs too. We cannot continue absorbing these fees and so we have taken the decision to introduce a booking fee per transaction which will help recoup some of the fees we are charged. All guests still benefit from a discount off General Admission if booking online in advance.
Your admission fee covers your entry and use of all facilities. There may be additional cost for some of the classes and events.
We allow admission up to the final hour before we close.

Annual Passes Croydon
We are big supporters of the emergency services! Any holders of a valid Blue Light Card should log on to their Blue Light card account for the latest offers.
Each person visiting Kidspace Croydon will need their own Annual Pass, annual passes are non tranferable.

We have a range of different Annual pass types to suit most people's circumstances. Our passes can also be paid monthly by direct debit.
Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates and are required to purchase an adult or child annual pass. We allow 2 free named adults to be added per membership at Kidspace.
If you would like to visit more than one of our attractions we have an Escapade Pass that will enable access to all six Escapade Attractions. Please visit our website for further information on this.
Every one coming to Kidspace Croydon will need their own individual Annual pass. Under 1's are free but you will still need to be register as a membership in their name with their Date of Birth the system will than pro rota their membership allowing you to pay just for the months that the child is 1 during your current annual pass. All pass holders are required to upload their photo before you will be able to book tickets.
As an Annual pass holder you can cancel or reschedule your ticket by logging in to your account.

We don't have a specific annual passes for Childminders. You would have to purchase an annual pass for each individual child under your care.
Pass holders that hold a valid pass on the day they wish to book a party for, are entitled to a 15% discount off the cost per child. To book your party please log into your online member account to receive the party discount. Please be aware party extras are not eligible for discount and no other offer can be applied. All parties are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Disabled parking is available directly in front of the main entrance to Kidspace. There is a 3 hour limit in the car park.
The Car Park is operated by The Colonnades. We do make the information as clear as possible to our guests on our website and booking confirmation emails that the car park at The Colonnades is for a maximum stay of 3 hours.
We are unable to remove or appeal fines as the parking is out of our control, the best advice we can give is if you do receive a fine to appeal this as per the instructions on the PCN.
General Information Croydon
Unfortunately, there are no options to buy socks on-site at Kidspace Croydon. If you need socks, it's best to bring your own or purchase them before your visit.
Kidspace Croydon does not have spare clothes. It's a good idea to bring spare clothes with you if needed.
No we don't have air conditioning; however the temperature is modified by a central fan system.
We don't offer Work Experience at Kidspace Croydon.
No, adults must be accompanied with a child to visit Kidspace Croydon.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult while at Kidspace Croydon. An adult can supervise up to four children. It's important to ensure that children are always accompanied by an adult to maintain a safe environment.

Kidspace Croydon does not accept cash payments on-site. All transactions must be made using card payments excluding AMEX. It's a good idea to ensure you have a card ready for any purchases, whether for food, drinks, or souvenirs.
We understand that things can go wrong from time to time and do our very best to resolve matters fully on the day. Please speak to a duty manager on site. If we were unable to resolve this on the day, please email us with your complaint to Croydoninfo@kidspaceadventures.com FAO The Manager, within 12 weeks of your visit. Our management team will review your complaint and will be in touch within 7 days to resolve this for you.

Kidspace Croydon has qualified first aiders on-site to assist with any medical needs. If you require first aid assistance during your visit, please approach a member of the team, and they will be happy to help you.
Grown-ups are never too old to play! Kidspace Croydon primarily caters to children aged 1 to 12 years old. It's important to note that children must be supervised at all times while visiting.

We don't allow dogs or any other animals into Kidspace Croydon. The only exception to this is assistance dogs, although some areas are excluded.
Kidspace Croydon is a smoke-free attraction, including vaping. Please respect this decision and the children around you.

Please inform your children on arrival that all team members have Kidspace T-shirts on and name badges, so that if they lose their grown up, they know who to speak to for help. In the event of your lost child, please find the nearest member of the team and we will assist you to locate them.
The Toddler Zone is suitable for ages 4 and under, our Toddler Zone is a tot's paradise where they can climb, explore, role play and more. Our Soft Play zone a section designed specifically for smaller kids who want as much fun as the big kids!
Yes, we do accept the national carers card. Please purchase the Disabled & carer ticket. Other forms of proof could be any of the following: Evidence of DLA/PIP payments, Access Card, a National Disability Card or Carers Card, or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months.
Unfortunately, Kidspace Croydon does not offer discounts for individuals claiming benefits such as Universal Credit or ESA.
We recommend children wear long sleeved tops that can tuck in, long trousers and socks. With the exception of the trampolines, shoes must be worn; no open-toed sandals or slip on shoes. Trainers are required if you wish to use the climbing zone and go karts.
You are welcome to bring a pushchair or pram to Kidspace Croydon. Please note that there is no storage available for pushchairs/prams at the venue and we do not offer rentals.

If the tickets are fully booked for your desired date, we recommend checking for alternative dates or times that may have availability. You can also keep an eye on the website for any updates or cancellations.
If you have purchased Time Slot admission tickets, these are for a maximum stay of 2 hours from the start time of the allocated arrival you've booked for.

If you are running late for your general admission time slot you will still be granted admission however if you have time slot admission tickets booked, you will loose time out of your 2 hour time slot.

They are not chargeable, and can be opened and closed with a code of your choose.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to persons, vehicles or belongings whilst on site. Please remain vigilant with personal belongings at all times.

There is no law that prevents you taking images of your own children, but you will have to be mindful of other customers’ children and their privacy.
The child/children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times. If they leave our premises this negates their responsibility. If the parent/guardian wants to leave our premises they will have to take all of their children and belongings with them.
As above, we have to adhere to requirements imposed upon us from child services, the local EHO and our Public Liability insurers. An adult is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and the child/children remain their responsibility at all times whilst in Kidspace. This is for the safety and security of the children.
We have facilities designed for 0 to 12 year olds. The under 5s have their own separate area.

Hobnosh bar is the main restaurant, where we offer a range of wholesome, delicious and nutritious dishes from across the globe - include loaded jacket potatoes, pasta pots, salads and fresh pizzas. Also younger kids' meals and lunchboxes. We also offer drinks and snacks to grab on the go, available from both the main Hobnosh bar. Our menus include halal and vegetarian options.
Our kitchen closes an hour before site close, and drinks can be purchased until we close.

Only food purchased at our restaurant can be consumed at Kidspace Croydon. You can bring in a cake to sing happy birthday with however this cannot be consumed on site (birthday cakes or celebration cakes must be either shop-bought or made by a reputable baker, as homemade cakes are not allowed).
Parties Croydon
If you are having a birthday party, we aim to accommodate guest allergies. When sending your guest the digital invitations, it will allow them to RSVP and declare any dietary requirement for the guest before the party day. Please complete the guest list no later than 5 days prior to the party so that our team can prepare your party feast. Helping customers celebrate their special occasion safely is something we are passionate about at Kidspace. This means protecting people who may have allergies or intolerances.
The introduction of Natasha’s Law (The UK Food Information Amendment) came into force on 01/10/21. This means any birthday cakes, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into our venues by the party organiser must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers will have to supply the allergens information.
Unfortunately homemade cakes will no longer be allowed to be brought into birthday parties.
It is your responsibility as organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action.
Information required on your cake are below:
- Name of supplier (if not shop bought)
- Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).
On the day of your party:
Your cake will be cut and wrapped so it can be taken home, guests will not be able to eat your cake onsite. This will allow parents or guardians of children attending the parties to request allergy information from you on what allergens may be contained within the cake, they will then be able to make an informed decision on whether the cake maybe consumed safely.
Please note that knives are provided and guests are not required to bring their own knife to the premises.
Schools Croydon
School visits are offered Monday - Friday during term time only, subject to availability.
Maximum capacity for school bookings at Kidspace Croydon is 300 per day. However, we will always insist that there is a minimum 15 to qualify as a school visit, with a ratio of 1 adult for every 4 children.
If you have a very small school or only want to treat a very select number of pupils, then 15 is the minimum. All bookings need to be made in advance.
Our school visits are for a maximum stay of 2 hours.
At Kidspace we are not unreasonable people, so if there is a genuine issue we will do our very best to accommodate any changes.
For an extra £5.50 per child, enjoy a pizza feast - with each child getting half a pizza, chips and tortilla crisps. To add this onto your School booking please email Croydoninfo@kidspaceadventures.com
