Visitor Information
To get the most out of your visit why not make it an early start or a teatime visit? 11am until 3.30pm are our busiest times.
We do not require guests to wear face coverings and appreciate it is personal choice if they wish to.
Not to worry, you will still be allowed entry, but we regret we cannot extend your stay beyond the expiry of the timeslot.
Yes please. To be guaranteed entry you must book your tickets online, via our website in advance of your visit.
Our General Admission tickets allow you to stay for a two-hour timeslot.
Anytime Tickets mean you can arrive whenever you like, and leave whenever you like!
Please note; the nearest car park is for a stay of only 3 hours.
We do not accept cash any longer to minimise the risk of transmitting any disease through the handling of coins and notes. Cards only please.

We have facilities designed for 0 to 12 year olds. The under 5s have their own separate area.
Yes. Kidspace Croydon is in The Colonnades which has its own dedicated free parking area for 300 cars plus. There is a 3 hour limit in the car park.
Disabled parking is also available directly in front of the main entrance to Kidspace. There is also a lift on the ground floor to take you up to the main play area.
The weekend and holiday prices are our normal entry prices and we discount these in our quieter times to encourage parents and children to visit.
Both sites offer a variety of different activities, classes and events throughout the year. Check out the relevant pages on this website.
Memberships are non transferable as stated in the terms & conditions.
As above, we have to adhere to requirements imposed upon us from child services, the local EHO and our Public Liability insurers. An adult is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and the child/children remain their responsibility at all times whilst in Kidspace. This is for the safety and security of the children.
The child/children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times. If they leave our premises this negates their responsibility. If the parent/guardian wants to leave our premises they will have to take all of their children and belongings with them.
We price our facility, as do most businesses, on return for investment. As an indoor adventure park, our investment is significantly greater than your traditional old style play centre with ball pits and simple play frame. We therefore price our facility accordingly and give parents the opportunity to join in and participate in all of the activities with their children, to allow them to spend quality time together. We have also put considerable investment into the surroundings to give parents plenty of seating and leisure facilities in a relaxed and pleasant environment.
We do not offer a discount directly to the person with a disability but we do allow up a carer free admission per full paying child with the correct proof of identification. We also arrange set timed sessions with groups such as PACT.
Unfortunately not. We have gone to the trouble of becoming a licensed restaurant and as such have to adhere to strict regulations as laid out by the Health & Safety Excecutive. These regulations are the same stipulations for any restaurant and do not permit members of the public to bring food other than food prepared on the premises. This is with the exception to baby food.
There is no law that prevents you taking images of your own children, but you will have to be mindful of other customers’ children and their privacy.
We allow admission up to the final hour before we close.
The ratio of adults to children is 1 adult to 4 children. An adult is classed as someone aged 18 years or over.
Your admission fee covers your entry and use of all facilities. There may be additional cost for some of the classes and events.
Yes. Kidspace Croydon is in the Colonnades which has its own dedicated bus stop. From West Croydon and Thornton Heath you would need to catch the 289 bus and from East Croydon the tram you would catch is the 119.
Helping customers celebrate their special occasion safely is something we are passionate about at Kidspace. This means protecting people who may have allergies or intolerances.
The introduction of Natasha’s Law (The UK Food Information Amendment) came into force on 01/10/21. This means any birthday cakes, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into our venues by the party organiser must be either shop bought or baked by a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers will have to supply the allergens information.
Unfortunately homemade cakes will no longer be allowed to be brought into birthday parties.
It is your responsibility as organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action.
Information required on your cake are below:
- Name of supplier (if not shop bought)
- Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).
On the day of your party:
Your cake will be cut and wrapped so it can be taken home, guests will not be able to eat your cake onsite. This will allow parents or guardians of children attending the parties to request allergy information from you on what allergens may be contained within the cake, they will then be able to make an informed decision on whether the cake maybe consumed safely.
Please note that knives are provided and guests are not required to bring their own knife to the premises.
Like many other firms in our industry we must contend with rising costs which include our booking transaction costs too. We cannot continue absorbing these fees and so we have taken the decision to introduce a booking fee per transaction which will help recoup some of the fees we are charged. All guests still benefit from a discount off General Admission if booking online in advance.
Yes, we have some lockers available. They are not chargeable, and can be opened and closed with a code of your choosing.
