How many timeslots can I book?

We ask members to book no more than 1 timeslot per day please to ensure we can offer spaces to as many people as possible.

The booking system will not validate my membership number

We are aware of an issue with the booking system where two adults are registered on the same pass. Please email us at croydononline@kidspaceadventures.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your second adult’s Pass ID.

Monthly Direct Debit

When does my direct debit collection start?

It will start from the 1st September 2020. You will still be entitled to visit between 21st August and 31st August free of charge though.

Can I freeze my membership until I feel it is safe to return?

We believe we have taken every precaution necessary to make your visit to Kidspace Croydon safe. But if you genuinely feel you are at risk by visiting, please email us at croydononline@kidspaceadventures.com and we will consider your request.

My Pass expired before 23rd March do, I get the extension?

Unfortunately, because your pass expired before we closed, you are not entitled to any extension

My Pass expired while you were closed do, I get the extension?

Your pass will be extended by the same amount of time it had left on the pass from when we closed on 23rd March to its expiry date. For example, if your pass expired on 1st April, your pass will be extended for 9 days – the equivalent number of days between 23rd March and 1st April.

My Pass expires between 21st August and 31st August, what happens to me?

You will still have the months you were unable to visit due to being closed added to the end of your membership.

Why does the Pass extension get added on from the 1st September not 21st August when you reopen?

This extension starts from 1st September 2020, to allow our members the opportunity to visit Kidspace Croydon free of charge for 10 days as a gesture of good will. Members are therefore welcome to visit between 21st August and 31st August and this will not be counted against their pass validity.

I have a Sometimes Pass what about my extension?

You will still be entitled to an extension, but this will not start until the beginning of the next off-peak period in September. The length of the pass extension will correspond to how much time left was on your pass between when we closed on 23rd March and the expiry date. If the pass expires after the 23rd June, you will receive up to 4-month extension.

I am classed as vulnerable and still under Lockdown, what happens to my extension if I still cannot leave the house before 1st September?

If you are unable to visit Kidspace Croydon under these circumstances, you must contact us (croydonenquiries@kidspaceadventures.com) with your reasons and when you would like your pass extension to start. If we do not hear from you by the end of the year, your pass will expire.

I’m a Paid In Full member and I want add my wife/ husband to my membership so he can visit between 21st and 31st August. How can I do this?

Between 21st and 31st August your wife/ husband will need to pay a normal day guest fee. After the 1st September, we can add them to your membership pro-rata based on the remaining months of your membership (with the extension).
