Santa Claus And The Magical Christmas Journey

December 7th to 24th, at Fairfield Halls & Ashcroft Theatre

A new Christmas adventure with songs, stories, a meet and greet with Santa and a free gift. For all children ages 2 and over.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, featuring Gareth Gates

Croydon BID’s Street LIVE

Sat December  13th from 11am – 4pm Town Centre

Featuring some of the country’s best known acrobats, jugglers and escapologists, the programme’s combination of circus-based entertainment along with a number of spectacular stilt walkers is sure to leave you with a warm, festive glow.

Christmas at the Whitgift Centre

Thu 13th Nov to Wed 24th Dec

Visit Santa and his elves in his Ice Castle Grotto in Whitgift Square. Entry to the Grotto is £4.50 per child and includes a gift. Adults go free.

Carols by Candlelight

14th Dec at 6.30pm, St Francis, Selsdon

Carols by Candlelight has songs from award-winning Soul Symphony Gospel Choir, Croydon Young Musicians brass quartet and not forgetting mince pies afterwards. Starts 6.30pm on Sunday 14th December.

Family Xmas Magic Show

December 28th, 29th, 30th from 6 – 8pm at Haslemere Hall, 2A Haslemere Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 7BE

International Magician of the world famous Magic Circle Simon Rosselli will be appearing and disappearing at Haslemere Hall, all in the aid of charity, with all the proceeds to be split between a local charity and the Destiny Junior School in Uganda.

Tickets are £7 for adults and £5 for children. Family ticket (4) for £20.


And of course there’s Kidpace Croydon! We are hosting a Winter Wonder Ball on Wednesday 17th December or Thursday 18th December from 4.30pm to 8pm.

Suitable for ages 2 to 10, activities will include free play, arts and crafts, visit the Elves in their workshop, buffet, and ball / disco.

Tickets cost £15, or £12 for Annual Passholders. All adults £2 per ticket.

Essex Craft Fair

The Brewery Shopping Centre

The Essex Craft Fair is a handmade craft event taking place in the Brewery during December weekends.

The event will be upstairs at the base of the Vue Cinema entrance.

There will be a selection of sellers exhibiting unique good and gifts including handmade jewellery, cakes, kids toys, glitter glasses, personalised gifts, handmade Christmas decorations, Indian inspired gifts and much more.


At Kidspace Romford we have 2 Christmas parties. We have our Christmas Toddler Lunch on Thursday 11th December between 10.30am and 12.30pm. £10 admission or £5 for Annual Passholders.

And our Big Event takes place on Monday 22nd December from 6pm to 8pm. £10 admission or £8 Annual Passholders.
